
Susan Seibert (pronounced “sigh-burt”) is a master teacher and has been teaching music for 35 years. She began teaching piano at the age of 15 under the apprenticeship of Laura Baker, a master teacher in Albuquerque, NM. Mrs. Seibert went on to earn a Bachelor of Music Education Degree in voice and a Bachelor of Music Degree in piano pedagogy and accompanying from New Mexico State University in 1996. She earned her Master of Music Education Degree from Texas A&M University at Commerce in 2003. She has also received a Kodaly Music Education Certification at the University of North Texas in 2009 and holds a Texas lifetime teacher certification. Mrs. Seibert’s students have been successful in many competitions and auditions and many have received tens of thousands of dollars in music scholarship awards.
Mrs. Seibert teaches in her home studio in Wylie, Texas. She teaches students of all ages from Wylie, Murphy, Richardson, Allen, Plano, and Fairview.
